Movie Review: Good Sam 2019
As a movie critic, I recently had the opportunity to watch the film Good Sam. Directed by Kate Melville and starring Tiya Sircar and Chad Connell, this movie tells the story of a mysterious Good Samaritan who leaves $100,000 on random doorsteps across New York City.
The plot of Good Sam is intriguing from start to finish. As we follow intrepid reporter Kate Bradley (Sircar) on her quest to uncover the identity of this elusive benefactor, we’re taken on a journey that’s equal parts heartwarming and surprising. Alongside Kate’s hilarious co-worker Eric Hayes (Marco Grazzini), we witness both the joy and chaos sparked by these anonymous acts of kindness.
One of the standout aspects of this movie is its cast. From Sircar’s charming portrayal of tenacious reporter Kate Bradley to Connell’s stoic turn as detective Eddie Torres, each actor brings something unique and memorable to their respective roles.
