Movie Review: Benjamin 2019
As a movie critic, I recently had the opportunity to watch Benjamin, a heartfelt and thought-provoking drama that left me both deeply moved and pleasantly surprised.
The film follows the story of Benjamin, a young and talented filmmaker who struggles to find his artistic voice amidst the pressures of fame and success. As he navigates through his personal life and relationships, Benjamin must confront his own insecurities and doubts in order to make a lasting impact on the world.
One of the standout elements of this movie is its exceptional acting. Colin Morgan delivers an authentic and nuanced performance as Benjamin, perfectly capturing the character’s complexity, vulnerability and passion. His co-stars also excel in their respective roles, adding depth and humanity to this already compelling narrative.
Furthermore, director Simon Amstell’s vision is truly remarkable. He seamlessly blends humor with heartbreak in every scene using clever dialogue that feels authentic at all times. The cinematography is equally impressive with its intense closeup shots that gives an intimate view into each character’s emotions.
Additionally, I was also impressed by the film’s stunning score which added an extra layer of emotion to already well-crafted scenes in a masterful way. From start to finish it was so captivating I never found myself feeling bored or disinterested throughout any moment.
Overall, Benjamin is an artistic triumph with great production design elements including special effects which add even more grandeur than was already there thanks to precision editing techniques utilized making it one for audiences everywhere should see!
