Almost Love is a romantic comedy-drama that tells the story of Adam, an aspiring artist, and Marklin, a struggling musician. The movie explores the ups and downs of their relationship and highlights the complexities of modern-day dating.
The plot of Almost Love is engaging and relatable. It’s refreshing to see a love story that showcases the struggles of real-life relationships. The film touches on important issues like communication, trust, and self-discovery. However, at times it feels like the plot moves too slowly.
The acting in Almost Love is excellent! Scott Evans delivers a compelling performance as Adam. He brings depth to his character’s emotional journey, adding a layer of authenticity to his portrayal. Augustus Prew also shines as Marklin; his performance is nuanced and believable.
